The Ad Recipe
Last updated: August 10, 2026
Welcome to The Ad Recipe (“the Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site. The short, human version: the recipes are free educational content with no guarantees, you’re responsible for your own ad accounts and budgets, and anything you submit here you’re allowing us to publish, edit, and let the community revise — with credit to you.
Everything on the Site — recipes, setup steps, keyword lists, budget figures, timelines — is general educational information, not professional, financial, legal, or marketing advice for your specific situation. Advertising results depend on factors outside any recipe’s control, including your budget, competition, products, pricing, website quality, reviews, support, creative, and timing. We make no promises about results, and you use every recipe at your own risk and your own expense. You are solely responsible for your ad accounts, your ad spend, your compliance with each ad platform’s policies, and any laws that apply to your business and your advertising.
Recipes may be drafted with the assistance of AI tools and are reviewed by a human before publishing. Community members may also submit recipes and revisions. Despite review, content may contain errors or become outdated as ad platforms change — that’s why every recipe has a flag button. See How Recipes Are Made for the full process.
When you submit a recipe, a revision, a flag, or other content to the Site, you keep ownership of your content, and you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to publish, reproduce, edit, adapt, format, and display it on the Site and in materials promoting the Site — including allowing other users to create “User Revised” versions of published recipes, with credit to the original. You represent that your submission is your own work, that you have the right to share it, and that it doesn’t violate any law or third-party right. We may edit submissions for clarity, format, and honesty, and we may decline to publish or may remove any submission at any time, for any reason. If you’d like a published submission taken down, contact us and we’ll handle it promptly — though User Revised recipes derived from it before removal may remain.
Don’t use the Site to submit anything unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, or malicious; don’t submit content promoting harm; don’t spam the forms; don’t attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Site; and don’t scrape or republish the Site’s content at scale. Using the recipes to run your own or your clients’ advertising is exactly what they’re for — republishing the recipes themselves as your own content is not.
The Site’s content, design, and branding are owned by us or our licensors. You may read, use, print, and share links to recipes freely for personal and business use. You may not copy the Site’s content for republication, resale, or training datasets without written permission.

Platforms change their interfaces, features, and policies constantly and without notice; recipes describe them as understood at the time of writing.
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost revenue, or wasted advertising spend, arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your submissions, your use of the Site, or your violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms, change the Site, or discontinue any feature at any time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept them. We may restrict or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
